RMMmax deploys a “RMMmax Management Package” to agent of “non” Datto-RMM platforms. Datto RMM users will need to get the RMMmax components from their Datto RMM ComStore. This management package consists of several PowerShell tool scanners and a few supporting files based on tools enabled in RMMmax. These files are essential for the operation of RMMmax, the local antivirus application may have issues with DLL files, BleachBit and/or BrowserHistoryView applications used to populate the data RMMmax uses to manage agent.
Excluding C:\ProgramData\rmmmax from antivirus policies may resolve issues if you find agent not properly providing data and responding to provided commands.
