How to leave RMMmax

Thank you for choosing to try RMMmax for your IT management needs. We understand that you have decided to discontinue your use of RMMmax, and we are genuinely sorry to see you go. Your feedback and experience with our service are important to us, and we hope to have the chance to work with you again in the future.

To ensure that your data is properly removed from our system, please follow the steps below to purge your data using the RMMmax console:

  1. Purge All Client Data:
    • Navigate to the Tools menu in the RMMmax console.
    • Select the All Clients Purge option.
    • A message will be displayed that states the data purge for all clients was completed.
    • If you do not purge your team data then RMMmax will repopulate the client data on its next automated cycle.

  2. Purge Team:
    • Go to the Tools menu in the RMMmax console.
    • Select the Purge Team function.
    • Once complete, log out of the console and flush any browser cache.
    • Your user account will still exist, but no RMM will be registered, and no data will be stored on RMMmax systems. If you choose to log in again, you will need to go through the team-building process again.
