Plans

You will find the plan manager under the accounts dropdown menu at the top right corner of the UI. The plan manager allows you to change plans and manage the payment portal when subscribed plans are selected.

There are 3 service plans available:

  • Free – with a max “enabled” agent count of 15
  • Tier 1 – with a max “enabled” agent count of 1500
  • Tier 2 – with a max “enabled” agent count of 5000
  • Special – Agent count over 5000, reach out to sales@rmmmax.com

Max “enabled” agent counts refer to the physical number of devices you want to enable RMMmax management on. This does not represent the total devices you may have under RMM management. RMMmax will display all clients, locations (sites), and devices in the UI regardless of plan. However, you will only be able to enable and manage your plan’s max agent count.

All new teams start out on the Free plan by default. When you sign up and log in for the first time, your default plan will be the Free plan. Once you have had a chance to look around and you decide that you want more access than the Free plan provides you can select to subscribe to a tiered plan.

Subscription Portal

The subscription portal is powered by Stripe.com. RMMmax does not have access to any credit card data at any time. All transactions are managed through a portal directly to Stripe.com

Select a “Subscribe” button under the plan tier to sign up for that tier. In the Subscription portal, complete the payment process. You will be redirected back to RMMmax once the subscription has been submitted.
