RMMmax Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the RMMmax website, console, software, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by RMMmax LLC (“RMMmax,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts and Authorized Use

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting account credentials, and ensuring that users of your account are authorized to access the devices, networks, and data managed through the Services. You may use the Services only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.

Service Communications

RMMmax may send operational communications about your account and the Services. SMS operational alerts are sent only when a user explicitly opts in by selecting the SMS consent checkbox associated with their mobile number. These messages may include service incidents, maintenance notifications, account-security notices, and requested support updates. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with the Services, gain unauthorized access to systems or data, or distribute malicious code. You remain responsible for actions taken through your account and for the systems you manage.

Availability and Changes

We work to maintain reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Services when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal, or operational reasons.

Fees and Cancellation

Paid Services are subject to the pricing and billing terms presented at purchase. You may cancel according to the applicable plan and cancellation policy. Fees already paid are nonrefundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

Disclaimers and Liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. RMMmax is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business interruption arising from use of the Services.
