Our console address is: https://console.rmmmax.com.

At RMMmax.com, we understand the importance of privacy and data protection for our customers and their clients. We value the trust you place in us and are committed to safeguarding your information with the highest level of security and confidentiality. Our privacy policy outlines the measures, procedures, and protocols we have in place to ensure that all customer and client data is kept with the strictest of confidence.

Collection of Data:

We collect customer and client data solely for the purpose of delivering our services and products. We collect data such as name, address, phone number, email, and billing information. When a user visits our website, we collect information such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed. Our service requires that we are able to communicate directly with the RMM platform. During these communications we collect the client name and client ID along with the agent names, ID’s, IP address, OS type, OS build, version data and agent statuses. This data allows our services to interact with the remote RMM when passing agent instructions. The console also collect any relevant data required for a tool when a tool is enabled. We store all user credentials along with any RMM access credentials and API URLs fully encrypted within our service.

Data Security:

We have implemented physical, electronic, and administrative security measures to protect customer and client data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We use SSL/TLS encryption protocols to secure online communications. We restrict access to data on a need-to-know basis and only to authorized personnel. We conduct regular security audits, vulnerability scans, and risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.

Data Retention and Disposal:

We retain customer and client data only for the period required to deliver our services and products. We may retain data for a longer period if required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations or for archiving purposes. We dispose of customer and client data in a secure manner that ensures that data cannot be recovered or accessed by unauthorized parties.

Third-party Disclosure:

We do not sell, trade, or share customer and client data with anyone (period).

User Rights:

Users have the right to access, update, or delete their personal information. They can also request the cessation of any communication from us. We strive to satisfy these requests as soon as possible or within the time period mandated by applicable law.

Updates:

We may update this privacy policy document from time to time to reflect changes in laws, regulations, or our business practices. Users will be notified of any changes via email or our website.

Conclusion:

At RMMmax.com, we maintain strict confidentiality and security of customer and client data. We constantly strive to implement the best security practices and keep up to date with the latest data protection laws and regulations. We are committed to providing our customers and clients with a secure and transparent data handling experience.
