Subscriptions are prepaid for one month per cycle. If an account is canceled after the billing cycle then the subscription will remain active after cancellation for the term of the current subscription cycle. Refunds will not be given out for subscriptions canceled after the billing cycle. It is the responsibility of the MSP to cancel unwanted subscriptions.
To cancel your subscription, please use the console account manager and plan manager as the team leader. Only the team leader can manage the subscriptions for the company.

b. We reserve the right to refuse a cancellation request if we suspect fraudulent activity or abuse of our cancellation policy.
c. Our cancellation policy does not apply to any free trials or promotional offers.
