Adding And Removing Client Level Exclusions
In RMMmax, you can mange Windows Defender at your RMM’s client level, affecting all the Windows agents that are enabled inside RMMmax. You can add either file or folder exclusions that will apply across all enabled agents under the client. Once you have the exclusions you would like to have globally for the client, use the Push Exclusions button to apply the exclusions to agents.
You can delete one or more client exclusions by selecting the exclusion(s) the selecting the Delete Exclusions button.
Use the Add Exclusions to create the client exclusions list. RMMmax automation will see the changes in exclusions and will validate that each enabled agent gets the updates. You can manually push the exclusions down to the agents if you want to get exclusions down to agent immediately by selection the Push Exclusions button.
