RMMmax can automate the update process for all packages installed using the agent’s package manager. Updates require you to set a schedule before they are attempted. You can run updates without the client having to do auto-installs.
There are three places where you can enable Auto-Updates: one for Windows agents, one for Mac agents, and one for Linux agents. You can run updates for one agent type and not another; if your environment requires it.
Update Schedules
For auto-updates to attempt updates on any agent type, that agent type will need to have a schedule set for that agent’s location (site) or the location “All”. You can set schedules for each agent type and per location under the client.
