Enable your clients and agents for BleachBit management

Before RMMmax starts scanning your clients and agents for BleachBit drive statuses you need to enable the client for scanning and the agents under the client for management. Once a client and agents are enabled, RMMmax automation will send scan requests to each enabled agent on the next scan cycle. This can take upto 24 hours as the duty cycle for BleachBit is once per day. You can manually force a client wide scan by selecting from the Commands menu to Scan Client. Depending on your RMM platform and size of client, these scans may take a few minutes to complete across all online agents.

Enable Your Client

From the client view, select the BleachBit tab. Under the BleachBit tab, select from the menu Settings followed by the Settings sub menu.

This will launch a dialog box for you to check Enable Client Scans checkbox, select save to complete process of enabling your client.

Enable Your Agents

Select one or more agents from the BleachBit agent list first, then select the Settings menu. Under the Settings menu will be a toggle to Enable / Disable agents. If an agent is currently disabled, why will become enabled. If an agent is currently enabled, that agent will be disabled.
