Enable Your Client
You will need to enable your client before you can enable the agents under your client. Select a client from the client list then select the BitLocker tab to view the BitLocker Management Tool. Click on the Client Enable status icon to toggle the client from disabled to enabled and or back to disabled.
Enable Your Agents
To enable your agents for BitLocker, select the agents from the agent list under the BitLocker Management Tool. Then open the Settings menu and select the Enable/ Disable menu item.
