This is a manual control to have RMMmax request from the RMM to have enabled agents return their current volume statuses. RMMmax automation preforms this task daily but there may be times when you want up to the minute status and Scan Volumes control will do that for you.
The output will include several properties for each volume, such as:
- DriveLetter: The letter assigned to the volume (e.g., C, D).
- FileSystemLabel: The label of the file system (e.g., “System”, “Data”).
- HealthStatus: The health status of the volume (e.g., Fully Decrypted, Fully Encrypted, Unknown).
- OperationalStatus: The operational status of the volume (e.g., OK, No Media).
- Size: The total size of the volume.
Only enabled agent will be able to be scanned, if client or agent is disabled then scans will be skipped.
Last Sync:
The last sync date will be the last time either by automation or manually scans were requested by RMMmax.
