Read the details before choosing
- Plan access is not OS parity. Included tools still require a compatible operating system, supported integration and enabled configuration. Defender, BitLocker and Chocolatey are Windows-specific. ScreenConnect integration focuses on remote access and script delivery.
- MCP does not upgrade your base plan. Adding MCP to Essentials does not add BitLocker, CVE Intelligence, Recon or Remote Control. AI requests remain bounded by the team’s tools and read/write/execute permissions.
- SMS is paid-tier, metered usage. Supported destination rates in USD per message: Belgium $0.105; Canada $0.015; Germany $0.10; Netherlands $0.095; United Kingdom $0.05; United States $0.015. Team permission, recipient opt-in and destination support apply. No SMS allowance is bundled into Free, Essentials or Pro.
- Free is an active-use plan. Up to 5 agents (computers) and 1 user. A 30-day period without a console sign-in triggers retirement and permanent data purge; the owner is warned before retirement. Paid plans are not retired for inactivity.
- Larger fleets: paid self-service plans are configured for up to 5,000 agents. Contact us to discuss deployment above that limit.

What counts as an “agent”?
One managed device — a workstation or a server. You are billed by the per-agent rate that matches your fleet, not by client count or add-on features.
