Usage of RMMmax’s Services
a. You agree to use RMMmax’s services in compliance with the Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations.
b. You agree not to use RMMmax’s services to violate the intellectual property rights of others, to transmit or store illegal or infringing material, or to engage in any illegal or fraudulent activity.
Storage of User Data
a. RMMmax will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the security and confidentiality of user data stored on Company’s servers.
b. RMMmax will maintain regular backups of user data in accordance with industry standards.
c. RMMmax will not be liable for any loss of data or unauthorized access to user data caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to network failures or hacking.
Data Retention
a. User data will be retained in accordance with the Agreement and applicable laws and regulations.
b. RMMmax reserves the right to delete user data upon termination of the Agreement or upon request by the user.
User Responsibilities
a. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and for ensuring that their use of the services does not violate the Agreement or any applicable laws or regulations.
b. Users are responsible for maintaining backups of their data stored on RMMmax’s servers.
Modifications to Usage and Storage Policy
a. RMMmax reserves the right to modify this Usage and Storage Policy at any time without prior notice.
b. Any modifications to this Usage and Storage Policy will be effective immediately upon posting of the modified policy on the RMMmax website.
Governing Law
a. This Usage and Storage Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
b. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Usage and Storage Policy shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
By using our software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Usage and Storage Policy. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not use our software.
