A script can write current information to an RMMmax Data Field, where operators can review it and future scripts can reuse it with a token such as {{ df:network_speeds }}. One scheduled script can update the value while another reacts to it—creating clear, multi-step automation.

At the client level, schedule recurring scripts for an entire client, a location, or selected agents. Use that cadence to refresh inventory and operational data, then build downstream scripts around the latest values.
