Rescan Current Agent Status Under Client
The Rescan Client function under the Commands menu is used to tell the RMM that you want the agents to refresh their current status. Depending on RMM platform this can take a few seconds to several minutes. All enabled agents that are online should return status data in a reasonable amount of time.
You may need to rescan a client if you made a significant change in the client or agent settings or if you brought agents online and want to capture their current status.
